Li Yong Nam was born in June 1962, and he grew up in Huherungjang Province, Doongnin City, China. Yong Nam attended Halbin College of Education in 1982 and completed his Bachelor's degree in Art in 1986. He dedicates himself completely to his impressionist paintings in 1975 and has been working on his portfolio ever since. Nam has won numerous awards in Huherungjang Province and exhibits his paintings internationally.
